Our precision molds can be deployed on 15T to 500T injection molding machines. When designing molds, we first use computers to generate model files, analyze the part and simulate the injection process.


Then, we construct our molds with quality branded mold base and imported components using precision tools and machineries. Normally, mold cores are hardened to extend reliability. Also, you may provide construction diagrams and schematics, as well as designate brands, materials, and components to be used, such as hot-runners and pressure sensors.
