Role
  • Work with business managers and senior management to lead and support strategic projects
  • Develop tools to help business managers achieve productivity and quality targets
  • Design, validate, procure and maintain technology infrastructure
  • This is a high visibility role

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop data analytics tools to help business managers make operational decisions, such as ERP information queries, crystal reports, spreadsheet modeling
  • Team up with business managers and senior management to implement strategic development and change management directives
  • Work with business managers to review, assess and document business processes to identify opportunities and recommend solutions to improve productivity and reduce process variance
  • Collect and analyze business requirements and data to support information systems
  • Work through entire workflow from diagnosis to implementation
  • Communicate and clarify requirements and progress with all related stakeholders
  • Provide application training to business users, such as ERP, OA, Excel and Intranet development

Functional Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of development experience in related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in C# and Crystal Report
  • Knowledge in Epicor E9 ERP and SQL is highly preferred
  • Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Fluent in spoken and written English are preferred
  • Experience in system implementation, business workflow process review, improvement projects, or ERP development and maintenance is preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing operations, such as production, quality assurance & control, and supply chain management is beneficial

  • Able and willing to travel to Guangdong, China
  • Excellent communication skills including reading and writing skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese; Strong English is a strong plus
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
